Director of Sales Operations
Nikolas Arrington is the Director of Sales Operations, he is operationally engaged with his team in all sales, training, strategy, team member interaction, and systems integration.
His professional career started with national team training and moved into entrepreneurship. Moving back into fortune 500 corporate as one of the organization’s star inside sales representatives, then continuing with eight additional roles in leadership in just over ten years. He has managed the organization’s flagship location in Tampa, Fl. focusing on operational efficiency to deliver top line revenue growth. Additionally, he was a key contributor to several high profile startups in an advisory capacity.
He held many student council positions for his alma mater the University of Kansas. He spends his time outdoors as much as possible with his wife and three children.
