Dr. Kramer, an accomplished optometrist with a Doctorate degree in Optometry from the Université de Montréal, completed an impressive externship and residency, and is a Secretary of the Scleral Lens Education Society. She is also an active social media professional and researcher, publishing articles and reviews on ocular surface disease and specialty lenses, and is a sought-after lecturer who speaks multiple languages around the world.

Dr. Jenn Chinn, OD is a passionate and award-winning advocate for eye health and optometry, recognized as a #GameChanger in the optical industry and named Young OD of the Year 2022. Through her work as a public speaker, volunteer, and Transitions Lenses Brand Ambassador, she is committed to advancing eye care and inspiring the next generation of optometrists.

Janelle Davison, OD is an award-winning optometrist, speaker and published author with articles in various Optometric industry magazines, Optometry Times, Independent Strong, and Review of Optometric Business. She is also the owner and CEO of Brilliant Eyes Vision Center in Smyrna, Georgia, and the owner and Clinical Director of Premier Dry Eye Spa & Cosmetic Eyecare. She is also the Chief Visionary Officer at Paradeyem Software, a web-based retail optical solution, and the cofounder of S.C.O.R.E., Inc., a non-profit organization that works to provide tools, skills, and guidance in education, careers, and life of young women of color interested in healthcare.

Dr. Laureen Waldron has a diverse 30 year background in the optometric field. She also serves on the Executive Board of the American Association of Corporate Optometrists as the Treasurer. When not seeing patients she passes her time with her loving husband, two beautiful daughters, and two spunky dogs.
